Head Winemaker

Frank has been making wine for over 25 years. He has worked with grapes and juice from California, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Finger Lakes, Washington, Oregon, Chile, Italy, and South Africa. Frank has consulted at wineries in CT, NY, and MA. He has helped wineries with startup, calculating harvest needs and wine making supplies and equipment. He assisted in managing must adjustments, pitching yeast and controlling fermentation. This included storage, filtering, and adjustments of the wines right up to bottling. Frank teaches the wine making classes at Musto Wine Grape in Hartford, CT, including a 5-week boot camp. He teamed up with Musto to create a website with over 45 videos on wine making with hands on demos covering many wine making topics. www.winemakinginstructions.com

I have always dedicated myself to crafting unforgettable experiences for others. My journey began with a thrilling theater career in New York, where I reached a pinnacle by playing Maria in the global 50th anniversary tour of “West Side Story.” A new chapter unfolded ten years ago with the birth of my children, inspiring me to merge my theatrical flair for memorable performances with the art of orchestrating and directing events that leave lasting impressions. Additionally, my passion for fine dining and exquisite experiences led me to complete the Court of Masters Sommelier Level 1, further enhancing my ability to create sophisticated and memorable events. I believe that life’s most meaningful moments often unfold around a table surrounded by loved ones, and there’s no grander stage than orchestrating a wedding, the ultimate celebration of love and togetherness.
